Can the water be bottled? Can it be bottled and resold?
The water can be bottled for later consumption, but you should be aware that the positive ORP rating which is based on negatively charged Hydroxyl ions has a very brief shelf life. The negatively charged ions are what give the water its anti-oxidant properties.
Also, the alkalinity of the water is reduced over time and more-so with exposure to light and heat. After a day or two the water loses the majority of its beneficial properties.
Also, to bottle up and sell water, the containers would need to be plastic - which, regardless of the rating when you're dealing with this type of water still has the potential to leach chemicals into the water - and the fact that the containers would need to be dark enough for light to be unable to penetrate. These types of dark contaners, once empty and damp tend to be better breeding grounds for bacteria and would require proper sanitizing.
It’s best to drink water immediately after it’s ionized straight from the tap.
