No return items will be accepted “unannounced.”

This means: Before returning an item for refund you must call Water Ionizer Authority at (727) 498-4826 to arrange your return and receive a return authorization number (RAN). No exceptions.

Accessory items:

Accessory items such as water drops or other “add to water” products may only be returned if the products have been unopened and the item is received by Water Ionizer Authority within 30 days of customer receipt of the product(s). Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds on accessory items which include filters are issued less the cost of replacement filter(s) for these items unless the item(s) being returned have been unused and all internal packaging has been unopened. Item(s) being returned used must be in like new condition and whether used or unused must be returned in the original packaging with all manuals, accessories other materials and internal packaging that were shipped with the item(s). Returns must be received by Water Ionizer Authority within 30 days of customer receipt of the product(s).

Warranty issues or returns under warranty are based on and handled by the manufacturer. Water Ionizer Authority will act as liason between the customer and manufacturer in most cases when necessary.

Filters

Pre-filters, replacement filters and pre-filtration systems can be returned for a refund less a 15% restocking fee within 30-days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • The product has not been used
  • The product is in the original packaging and no seal on the filter or internal packaging has been broken/opened

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Water for Life USA/Genesis Platinum

Water for Life USA offers a sixty day satisfaction or your money back guarantee on our water ionizers. That means you have 60 days to try it out. If you aren’t amazed by the incredible benefits of your KYK ionizer by then, simply return it for a “no questions asked” refund, less a 15% restocking fee. Item must be returned undamaged in its original package with all of its original accessories. Any additional “Bonus Pack” items must also be returned undamaged, with all original packaging. Bonus Pack items shipped directly by Water Ionizer Authority must be returned directly to Water Ionizer Authority. Warranty: Genesis Platinum water ionizer comes with a five year parts and labor warranty. This means if anything goes wrong with your unit that isn’t caused by abuse, natural disaster or misuse, return it to us and we’ll fix it for you at no charge. We also pay for the shipping to pick up and return your Genesis Platinum ionizer to you.

IonQuench:

IonQuench offers a 60 day trial period for you to test and use their units. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, simply send it back for a full refund (minus 15% restocking fee). All units must be returned returned in like new condition, with all parts and accessories. IonQuench also asks that customers please let us know about their experience with these products. Good feedback lets them know what they are doing right. Bad feedback lets them know what they can do even better. Don’t ever hesitate to contact us for any reason at all. Your opinion matters. Any additional “Bonus Pack” items must also be returned undamaged, with all original packaging. Bonus Pack items shipped directly by Water Ionizer Authority must be returned directly to Water Ionizer Authority.

Warranty: The IonQuench 8080 is covered by a 7 Year bumper to bumper warranty. If you experience any performance issues with your IonQuench the company will repair or replace it. Any machine that is damaged in transit shall be fixed, and/or replaced with a comparable machine at no additional cost to you (minus shipping & handling). Your IonQuench unit is covered in all circumstances with the exception of damaged caused from dropping a unit or other physical damage. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself, or your warranty could be affected. The company has trained technicians that are eager to help.

Tyent:

Tyent USA offers a 60 day trial period for you to try their quality water ionizers. Warranty: Tyent USA, LLC is proud to announce what now represents the strongest commitment to customer service in the entire water ionizer industry. The longevity and reliability of our flagship products, the MMP-7070, and the all new MMP-7070 Turbo has allowed us to increase our warranty period for both products.

First, the MMP-7070 will now carry a standard 10 year warranty on parts and service. Secondly, our MMP-7070 TURBO unit will now carry a standard Lifetime Warranty on parts and service.

Notice we do not use the term “limited” in our warranty!
It was important to Tyent USA to offer a warranty that had high value, and one that is not to be used as just marketing strategy with too many stipulations to have any value. Because of this, our warranty contains no stipulations, no fine print, and no hassles. There are no limitations with regards to hard water, or with regards to the amount of water that is produced by our machines. Also, there are no requirements for how many filters you must purchase or how often you need to change your filters to keep your warranty valid.

This Guarantee is applicable to all units purchased on or after January 15th, 2010
If our customers experience any performance issues with our cutting edge water ionizer systems, then we will fix or replace the unit (within a week in most cases). Any damaged unit will be fixed, or replaced with a comparable unit at no cost to you (excluding shipping). The only thing not covered under our warranty is accidental breakage that could be caused by dropping one of our units or damage caused from something of a similar nature. Feel free to use our units in any type of water, and produce as much water as you wish. Our advanced cleaning system, filtration, and power methods are the toughest and most advanced in the industry.

The terms above are in effect for 10 years on the MMP-7070 and forever on our MMP-7070 TURBO model.

Warranty:

Chanson Water Ionizers now have, a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty, which begins from the original date of purchase (ionizer purchased after November 9, 2009). Warranty is only valid if the ionizer was sold by Chanson Water USA or an authorized dealer of Chanson Water USA. This is where you will find your serial number

The warranty covers the original owner only. Repair work can only be done through the Chanson Water USA repair center in Laguna Hills, California or an authorized repair center. Please thoroughly read the owners manual and watch the installation video before attempting to use your ionizer.

How the warranty works:
The Limited Lifetime warranty covers any and/ or all defective parts. For the first five (5) years all parts, labor, and ground shipping back to the customer in the USA are covered. (The customer must pay to ship the product to Chanson or deliver it to a local authorized service center). After the first five (5) years have passed, the customer will have to pay for labor and freight charges but replacement parts remain free for the life of the ionizer.

What is covered:
The Limited Lifetime warranty expressly covers all failures due to defects in materials and/or workmanship; which can occur during normal use. This is a “repair or replace” warranty, Chanson Water USA will always attempt to repair your unit, if repair is not possible Chanson Water USA will supply a replacement unit at its discretion.
The Limited Lifetime warranty covers all parts, labor and ground shipping back to the customer in the USA as described above.If the ionizer was purchased from Chanson USA we cover ground shipping each way during the first 60 days. Customers outside the USA take full responsibility for any shipping costs to and from repair center for warranty work and for any duties or customs fees incurred.

What is not covered or what will void my warranty:
Warranty is void if the faucet or ionizer has been opened. All Chanson ionizers and Chanson faucets are factory sealed. Please never attempt to service the machine yourself as this will void your warranty and could cause serious bodily harm.

  • Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by: floods under the sink, or overhead plumbing leaks, which can cause water to enter the machine. Please be sure you have no plumbing leaks before installing the ionizer; we can provide repair at your expense for such an incident.
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by: failure to replace filters in a timely manner- the filter not only cleans the water but also protects the ionizer from damage caused by particulates in the water. Filter replacement time should never exceed 14 months please refer to owner’s manual for specific details.
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damages caused by: any mis-use or abuse, such as dropping the unit or knocking into the unit with heavy objects.
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damages caused by: Lighting strikes, power surges, and faulty circuitry in customer’s electrical system or acts of God.
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover the exterior finish on the machine or faucet. Our faucet finish is extremely durable and under normal use will last many years. Do Not use harsh detergents or scrubbing type sponges to clean the faucet; a damp clean paper towel followed by a dry paper towel will restore a perfect finish to the faucet.
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by: setting the TDS value over 14. There is a special adjustment of TDS in a back menu mentioned only on the installation video, this allows customers in different areas to fine tune the machine to their water hardness, 14 is the max setting allowed, never set the TDS value above this number.
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damages caused by: commercial type usage. Chanson residential Ionizers are built to last however they are designed for residential use. Chanson ionizers have a 20-minute safety shut off to prevent floods from unattended use and damage to the unit. For the purpose of this Warranty, Chanson USA will consider commercial usage as; letting the machine run for more than 20 minutes at a time or for more than 4 hours a day total. (This usage is ok from time to time where special needs arise, but not as a daily routine.) If your needs will exceed these “residential” parameters please contact your dealer for “commercial use” product options.
    *It is important to note, Chanson Water USA does not expect the Ionizer to fail under mild commercial uses, but cannot honor the warranty for use not intended by the manufacturer*
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damages caused by excessive water pressure. The water pressure of the customer’s home should not exceed 60 psi, this is the national plumbing code standard for water pressure in all homes and is not a special request of Chanson Ionizers. Be sure to have your water pressure checked before installing. Call your local plumber for inspection, or for $10.00, you can purchase a water pressure gauge from your local Home Depot and test it yourself. The water pressure gauge simple screws onto any outside hose outlet and will show you your water pressure when turned on. If your water pressure exceeds 60 PSI, all of your plumbing appliances are in jeopardy, please take this seriously. (There is not a reputable plumbing appliance on the market that does not have this exclusion to their warranty, if you do not see it on other ionizer warranties you should be very suspicious.)

What happens after the full coverage portion of the warranty has expired?
We are very proud to offer a lifetime maximum repair cost guarantee of $150.00 and lifetime free parts! This means that you will never be charged more than $150.00 to repair your machine after the first five (5) years of this warranty has expired. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from Chanson Water USA.

Suggested Maintenance:
Please refer to your owner’s manual for scheduled maintenance requirements.
Ionizers operating in hard water areas, should be sent in to the service/repair center for a thorough internal cleaning once every 2-3 years, however, this will not void your warranty if not done but will give you many more years of reliable service. We highly recommend this servicing your machine regularly; currently the cost of a service is $35.00 plus shipping costs.

Limits and exclusions:
There are no express warranties except as listed above. The warrantor is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage; for or damages arising out of the use of any, unauthorized attachment. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty service is available by contacting Chanson USA or one of it’s authorized dealers. Customer must acquire a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and print a return receipt to include with the ionizer before shipping. And you must include the RAN form when you send the ionizer in for repair or return.

Please never send in your Ionizer for warranty or service without printed return authorization form inside the box.

The company is so sure that you will be satisfied with your Jupiter ionizer that they offer you a 60 day money back guarantee. If at any time in the first 60 days you wish to return your unit, you will receive a full refund, less 15% restocking fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in as new condition and in its original packing.
“As new condition” means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc.

If you have broken the manufacturer’s seal or used the product in any way, you may return the product (exceptions are books and DVDs), subject to a 15% restocking charge within 30 days of purchase. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser.

Warranty: IonLife Inc. offers a limited LIFE TIME warranty on all Jupiter Science Ionizers, except for the Ultra Techno which has a ONE (1) year warranty.

This new policy applies to ionizers purchased after September 2009.
IonLife decided on this world-first offer in support of our claim that Jupiter models are exceptionally reliable and made to last for many, many years.

The Jupiter Science warranty provides five (5) years parts and labor, from purchase date, with FREE shipping from anywhere in the USA.
(Please note that if sending an ionizer in for repair from outside the USA, the customer needs to pay for all shipping costs).
Then after 5 years from purchase customer pays for shipping and labor while IonLife pays for all replacement parts.
After 5 years from purchase there is also a guaranteed maximum of $195 on the most expensive repair.

Warranty does not cover repairs caused by customer neglect or by failure to stop the build-up of calcium in hard water areas.
IonLife has repair depots on the east and west coast and has by far the largest, water ionizer, dealer network in the USA.

Watershed Products

Watershed offers a 30-day return period. No refunds or credits will be issued after 30 days from the invoice date. If products are unused and the manufacturer’s seal has not been broken the products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If the manufacturer’s seal is broken or the product has been used in any way the product is subject to a 15% restocking charge within 30 days of purchase. This includes water ionizers that have had water run through them. All other water products that have been used can NOT be returned. Prefilters and other non-water ionizer items may only be returned if they have been unopened and unused and are returned in the original packaging. In all cases, returns must include all original packaging, accessories, parts and printed & promotional materials included with the original shipment.

Any additional “Bonus Pack” items must also be returned undamaged, with all original packaging. Bonus Pack items shipped directly by Water Ionizer Authority must be returned directly to Water Ionizer Authority. All warranties are between the product’s manufacturer and the purchaser. Watershed makes no other express or implied warranties except on Yi Shan Water Ionizers. The manufacturer is responsible for repairing or correcting any defects during the warranty period. Please review your warranty upon receipt of your products. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser. We assume no responsibility for shipments damaged upon returning to us; please insure and pack returns appropriately.

AlkaLife

FujiBio-RichWay will accept returns on their Alka-Life water ionizers:

a) 7 days after receipt, returned for a full refund or exchange.

b) after 8 days and up to 14 days of receipt, returned for 70% refund or exchange only

c) after 15 days, and up to 30 days of receipt, for 50% refund or exchange.

Warranty: RichWay International, Inc. Product warranty term is 1 year. If there are any problems with the product, the company will repair or exchange the product.

Rejuvenator/WaterWorks4U

Specific Water Ionizer Policy: Within 30 days of receiving your ionizer, returns will be accepted under one of the following conditions:

  • If you HAVE NOT used the Water Ionizer, and NOT removed it from the box or packing material, and it is received by us in “new” condition it is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • If you HAVE opened the ionizer your return is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
  • If you HAVE opened the ionizer and used it your return is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee plus the cost of a new filter.

The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be prepaid (insured) by the purchaser. Remember to call for first for an RA#. Your refund will be issued as soon as we confirm receipt of the returned item in the stated condition.

Rejuvenator/WaterWorks4U Water Ionizers come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty and are serviced in the United States. Proof of purchase will be required for warranty service. Please call or email for further service information.
