The sad fact is that once a water ionizer company reaches the point where it begins hampering sales of “Kangen Water Machines” it becomes fodder for misinformation and skewed truths. Congratulations, Chanson USA – your success has sparked the rumor that Dr. Robert O. Young “endorses” your products because you pay him to only sell Chanson water ionizers.
To set the record straight on this rumor I reached out to Dr. Young to ask about his compensation arrangement with Chanson USA. Here’s what I found….
This is a new spin on an old rumor but it remains just that – A RUMOR.
As the story goes, someone was treated for titanium poisoning – typically found in the jaw area – and it was traced back to their use of a Chanson (or other) water ionizer. Before you buy into the latest version of the “if you don’t buy an Enagic water ionizer you could end up with titanium poisoning you should read this article.
Someone recently pointed out an article that claimed that water ionizers create “artificially alkaline” water. The claim is that the alkalinity of the water is artificially raised through the electrolysis/ionization process – that the pH is “artificial” because of a gap between the pH of alkaline ionized water and the actual presence of alkaline minerals in the water.
This is yet another false rumor in a long list of misinformation out there about water ionizers and the alkaline water industry. Here’s a rundown of the “artificial” claims and the facts about alkaline water created by water ionizers.
Can Kangen Water Machines from Enagic run all day producing alkaline water? According to many of Enagic representatives, yes it can! It’s a popular selling point used by Kangen Water independent distributors when selling against other models. “Enagic water ionizers can run all day if you want them to, without ever overheating or shutting down.”
But is it true? We went to the source, Enagic USA, to determine the actual recommended run-time for their famous Kangen Alkaline Water Machines.
Okay – so admittedly I don’t do these on a weekly basis. There’s just something about the propagating negativity that I find distasteful – at some point I’ll probably change this category to “Fact or Fiction” or something like that.
All that aside, there is something that has been rearing its head again recently that I felt the needed clarification/debunking. Ray Kurzweil is arguably one of the most tireless scientists, researchers, writers, inventors of our time. His honors, inventions, accolades and publications are too numerous to mention – and perhaps even keep up with. What hasn’t this man done?
Well, from my research he hasn’t reviewed water ionizers. Nor has he come out with an open endorsement of any one water ionizer company, brand, make or model…
