What is the warranty for the machines? If something goes wrong with the machine, what is the procedure to get it fixed?

All of the machines have different warranty periods.  Please look through the product pages at the warranty for the machines that you are interested in.  Machines have different warranty terms but most of the “popular” ones have 5 year warranties including parts and labor

If something is wrong with the machine, all you have to do is give us a call.  We are dedicated to helping our customers and we will make sure your machine is fixed in a timely manner.  Depending on your machine, you will either be shipped a new one right away, or you will be shipped a loaner unit while yours is fixed.
